Dr. Linden R. Brown 

Linden is a leading management consultant and academic. For over 20 years he has worked with multi-national firms to develop their marketing skill sets and strategies. He has held faculty positions at numerous universities including INSEAD (France), Cranfield Management School (UK) and the University of Technology, Sydney (Australia) and has published 16 books on marketing and strategy.

 

Juan L. Betancourt  

His experience in human capital advising was developed while a partner at Korn Ferry International and Heidrick & Struggles. Previously, he was CEO for Decathlon USA, a division of $30B leading global sports manufacturer & retailer, Decathlon (France).  Prior, he was employee 200 at Siebel Systems (now Oracle CRM) and at Procter & Gamble, in the US and Latin America. While in Germany at Puma AG, as CMO & Chief Strategy Officer, he was responsible for re-launching the Puma sports brand globally.

Jack is the author of the Perceptyx Engagement Philosophy and Methodology and was the driving force behind the founding of Perceptyx, Inc.

Jack's background in leadership training, internal operations management and customer service program development informs and enhances the intuitive design of Perceptyx™ systems. Jack has been a business owner and business management consultant for over twenty years. Prior to that time, Jack served in designs engineering and as a technical training facilitator during a ten-year career with Chevron, USA.


Monica Perez de la Vega

Entrepreneur woman, Launched and continues to oversee Mexiqueando.com, a social media channel connecting Mexicans in South Florida, and the Mexican Women’s Club (Club de Mexicanas), an online media platform and event planning organization focused to support the Mexican community in South Florida.

In 2015, she joined Arbol Communications Group,  a marketing and advertising agency that helps companies reach Spanish-speaking consumers and other stakeholders in the US Hispanic market and across Latin America.

Most recently Co-founded SP&E Consultants focusing on Operations, Marketing & Communications.

Mexican by birth, Marketing by education, Action-Oriented by choice, Entrepreneur by desire, and Wife and Mother by conviction.

 

Christopher L. Brown

Chris specializes in internal culture transformations and marketing toolset development. His previous post as Marketing Director for Hewlett-Packard, South Pacific Region provides him the firsthand knowledge of the challenges facing corporate sales and marketing teams. Mr. Brown also serves as Executive Vice President for Programming for the American Marketing Association, Silicon Valley Chapter.

 

Marcelino Natalini

Marcelo Natalini is a Global Serial entrepreneur with more than 20 years of relevant experience doing business in Latin America. Expert in Global Executive Education, Strategic Human Resources, Business Consulting & Development.

He has been CEO and Founder of Meeting Point Miami, Direction and Knowledge Magazine and Latam Business School. 

Marcelo has a Master’s Degree in Public Policies Management from FLACSO, Corporate Finance Studies  from Belgrano University, Management Executive Program, High Impact Consulting Certification from Schaffer Consulting, Organizations Management Studies from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. 

He is currently Dean at Latam Business School.

She co-authored the book Latino Culture: A Dynamic Force in the American Workplace.

Teresita Serrano is HRMP, GPHR- Business Coach and HR consultant. With over 10 years of experience in executive training projects for multinational companies in Argentina, Chile, Peru and Mexico. She advises companies in the design of effective solutions for organizational development. She holds the expertise to lead projects in Strategic HR Management and Change Management. She is a professor, researcher, educator and forever learner with passion to help people develop their potential. She is currently Academic Director at Latam Business School.
